How do I return an item?

Our goal is to satisfy our customers and we take the quality of our products very seriously. We will do our best to offer technical support for our products and work with you if you have a problem or a question. We almost never get a return request but we want you to buy our product with confidence, so we offer a return policy to support you if there is a problem. Rival Racing Technologies will ONLY accept returns:

1) According to the Warranty Policy
2) After you contact Rival Racing Technologies to arrange the return. Otherwise, the return will not be authorized.
